Yaxe Logistics is a member of Indonesian Freight Forwarding Association (INFA) currently seeking 2 positions for qualified individuals to join us to meet the current and future growth in supporting the biggest world wide telecommunication company, with the position for:

Requirements :

•    A Business Administration degree and or suitable university degree
•    Excellent knowledge in warehousing, storage systems, inventory control and distribution to site locations
•    A minimum of five years working experience in a similar position
•    Age 30 – 40 years old
•    Fluent in English: written, spoken and comprehension
•    Having experience in using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
•    Experience in using Transportation Management System (TMS) will be preferred.
•    Experience on SAP/R3 will be an advantage (Not a must)
•    Computer Literacy, MS. Office and Database Management System
•    Have the ability to take an all overall view, analyses the situation, identify problems, derive solutions, develop and implement procedures
•    Be cost conscious, able to create an efficient and disciplinary working environment
•    Have the ability to work independently and to cooperate with the others
•    Self motivated and well organized with an analytical mind
•    ISO 9001:2000 version will be an advantage
•    Have an interest in traveling to all over Indonesia
•    Email minded and ready 24 hours in responding email correspondence

Requirements:

•    Female, nice looking and proactive
•    Graduated from well known University
•    D3 – S1, IPK Min. 2.7
•    Working Experience is NOT a must
•    Germany language will be an advantage
•    Fluently English is a must both verbal and writing
•    Single, age between 24-28 years old
•    Eager to learn and like challenge in Logistics Industry
•    Have an interest in traveling to site location
•    Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook) email usage is a must

Job Functions:

•    Responsible for daily shipment status reporting  to customers via email or by phone
•    Documents shipment control
•    Trace daily delivery status
